Biography:

Henry, a former Public Defender and Special Assistant Attorney General, has tried over 50 jury cases, lectures regularly on personal injury law, and has been with Gemma Law Associates, Inc. since 1987. In addition, he is a Board Certified Civil Trial Expert. Henry is a past president of the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association, is on the Board of Governors for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association.

Henry is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He graduated magna cum laude in the honor's program from Providence College and was a St. Thomas Moore Scholar at St. John's University School of Law.
